Shipping policy
Please allow 3-10 business days from the time you place your order for your package to ship. All orders ship out of our studio in Boise, Idaho. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when the order has shipped.
Handmade Idaho does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier and does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information you have provided is incorrect or was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
During the holidays, there may be delays shipping your order.
DAMAGE/LOSS:
If your order was not delivered or damaged upon delivery we will replace the item. Photos of damages and shipping box and a description will be required for damage claims.
Perishable items:
It is strongly recommended that you don't choose first class shipping for any perishable items during the summer, we have no control over the temperatures in the shipping facilities and during transit to you. During the hot weather chocolate will be shipped with a reusable ice pack/insulation (and will be shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays to help prevent it sitting over the weekend in a shipping facility).
Sending a gift?
Be sure to make sure the ship to address is correct. No invoices will be in the package. If you're wanting us to ship to more than one address please Place separate orders, otherwise you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
