In 1901, my grandfather hand-built our family cabin up Warm Springs Road in Ketchum, ID. Growing up, I would visit the cabin in the summer and now visit with my own family. It is a beautiful spot full of nature and scenery ready to inspire creative minds. This family retreat is the reason we are named Warm Springs Studio.
I create individually handcrafted greeting cards and artwork starting with cold press watercolor paper. I cut images out of the paper and place dried flowers, leaves and bark behind the die cut. This strategy brings the natural colors and patterns to life while staying true to their original form. I also create three-dimensional preserved flower arrangements and artwork inside of shadow boxes.
